FAQ

Get in touch so we can start working together.

Do I need to be strong to try this class? No - this is suitable for complete beginners that have never tried something like this before.

What do I bring to this class? You can wear whatever you are comfortable in. We recommend sports wear or something you are comfortable in or that makes you feel good about yourself. Knee pads are great for protecting your knees. You are also welcome to wear heels, or you can dance in socks if that is more comfortable. Always bring lots of water! Dancing is hot business

Do I have to pre-register for this class? Yes - everyone must book their space online which allows us to know numbers and emergency contact details before the class begins.

I have experience at another studio, what are my options? This course is aimed at complete beginners with no experience so if you know all the basics we recommend joining our mixed level or beginner friendly heels classes such as Softcore, Flow, Chair or Hardcore. If you need more information, we recommend reaching out to us and we can advice if we think what class would fit you.

Do I have to wear heels? No - You are welcome to dance in socks/tights if you prefer. If you do want to dance in heels, we will break down how to use them as a tool within your training, so feel free to bring them along with you.
