I am new to pole dancing, what class should I pick?Softcore heels! This class will be perfect for you, it is aimed at beginners to teach them the fundamentals of pole dance and help them build up strength and stamina in their dancing...all while having fun learning a sexy badass routine! Hardcore heels is aimed at experienced dancers.
-
What is the difference between the two classes?Softcore heels is aimed at beg/int students, allowing them to master the basics moves like pirouettes and body waves while learning fun and sexy routines. This class will work on heel technique to achieve those beautiful lines while dancing and build up some sexy confidence. Hardcore heels is aimed at experienced pole dancers, this choreo will be faster paced, involve trickier transitions and include some basework and floorwork tricks. We recommend trying our 'Heels Tricks Class' to gain confidence with these basework tricks before booking onto hardcore heels.
-
Do I need to wear heels to these classes? We recommend wearing heels as we will teach a lot of techniques for heel work in these classes, but in Softcore heels you would be fine wearing socks the first few classes to get to terms with how to move. We recommend wearing Stripper Heels from brands like Pleaser or Hella Heels as these are designed for pole dancing in mind.
-
What else should I bring to this class? We recommend heels or socks to dance in but knee pads are essential to protect your knees on the floor. Shorts are not necessarily required, but it is always handy to bring a pair in case the choreo requires leg grip. A small towel can also come in handy for wiping your hands, we will provide antibacterial spray and cloths for the pole.

You can also book a private lesson with one of our instructors and learn a routine at your own pace.
