Service Description
The art of pole flow, a pole dance class executing beautiful lines, flow and control. Each week will be a new routine, working on learning new techniques and movements. Open to all levels, options can be given for each move to work at your own pace. Can be danced in heels or socks. Knee pads recommended, but we have spares in the studio.
