Cancellation Policy

A deposit of £10 will be taken online and it is non-refundable. If you can no longer make the allocated time slot you booked you will forfeit your slot and have to book a new slot. Cancellation policy is 24hours, if you cancel your private lesson within this time frame, you will be charged the full private lesson amount by your instructor.
